Registration / Payment: Suppliers/Vendors must register and pay the table fee and sponsorship level (optional) by completing this e-form or mailing the Registration Form and registration fee by April 20 to our official registrar: SCTE / Viking Travel, Inc., 101 N. Nordic, Box 787, Petersburg, AK 99833-0787. The tabletop registration covers all admittance, meals and activities on the agenda. A limited number of extra tables are available on a first-reserved, first paid basis. Sponsorship - There will be multiple levels available for sponsorship participation including Receptions and Food: Bronze Level: $100.00 Bronze Level Sponsors will receive an honorable mention from SCTE Alaska. Contribution will go towards Door prizes. Silver Level: $300.00 Silver Level Sponsors will be presented with a special thank you gift from SCTE Alaska. Contribution will go towards door prizes and help provide coffee and refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks. Gold Level: $500.00 Gold Level Sponsors will be presented with a special commemorative plaque from SCTE Alaska. Contribution will go towards door prizes and food service prior to and during events. Reception Sponsor - Tuesday or Wednesday Night: $700.00 Reception Level Sponsors on Tuesday or Wednesday nights will be honored with special advertising and mention from SCTE Alaska. Hosted Bar - Tuesday or Wednesday night: $700.00 Bar Sponsors on Tuesday or Wednesday nights will be honored with special sineage and mention from SCTE Alaska. Breakfast Bar Wednesday or Thursday: $425.00 Breakfast Level Sponsors will be credited with the Continental Breakfast and Coffee on Wednesday or Thursday with special sineage and mention by SCTE.
